The information was advanced by the company in a release made available at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil this Wednesday, which further informs that this transaction was finalised at the end of last year, on the 27th of December. The same document did not disclose the name of the seller.
It is known that, in total, the buildings have a combined area of 3.184 sqm and that both are leased.
This was the fourth and final operation carried out by the REIT in 2019. Throughout the year, Elix Vintage purchased 4 residential buildings amongst which, number 161 Ausias Marc. During last year alone, the REIT spent 30.1 million euro in new acquisitions.
