«It is a separate building from the main commercial building which can be used fully as a logistic space or as a combination of an office and logistic building. Ecommerce involves logistic problems we need to address for our operator», he says.
To the same source, the company states that it estimates an almost 80 million euro investment on this type of assets (industrial and logistic) this year.
