According to newspaper Expansión, this Tuesday, the building was sold for around 56 million euro.
SA65 is a 8.300 sqm building under construction with parking for 90 cars, 32 motorbikes and 100 bicycles. According to the release sent by the company, the asset also has a wide 400 sqm terrace, as well as dressing rooms and storage rooms for its users on the underground floors. The construction works are expected to be finished in December.
The building follows the technical requirements which enable it to be considered a Grade A office building, it follows the criteria for maximum energy saving and it will be awarded the LEED Gold environmental certification.
The plot of land over which the SA65 is being constructed was acquired by Conren Tramway from SAREB in December 2016.
At the same time, Conren Tramway closed the leasing contract for the whole of this building with Wojo, a French company dedicated to the coworking segment.
