Construction works should start in 2020 and finish in 2021, according to Eje Prime. The purchasing amount of the building at 163 Almogávers street, as well as the amount necessary for the project development were not disclosed.
As with other projects, Conren plans to add value to the recently acquired asset by investing in it. One example of this is the 33.000 sqm building which is being constructed at Las Tres Chimeneas, in Paral lel avenue in Barcelona.
According to the same newspaper, company’s focus is to invest only in the office markets of the two largest Spanish cities: Madrid and Barcelona.
