Although the operation has already been concluded, there are still some details to be finalized. Newspaper Expansión reports, this Thursday that this 23.500 sqm office building is located at numbers 110-130 Calle Sancho de Ávila in the @22 district of the Catalan capital.
The building is currently fully leased to German tech company T-Systems, which still has not decided whether it will remain in the building.
