The opening takes place after the socimi has had a majority stake in Madrid's Utopicos, to develop this new line of business. The new space will have a total of 1,400 m2 spread over 6 floors, with coffee shop, fixed offices, coworking spaces, terrace or urban garden, a building renewed by Colonial, property of Maximus Ventures.
According to the EjePrime, Colonial is preparing to open new Utopian centers in Spain. The next space will open at number 9 Calle Bretón de los Herreros, in the neighborhood of Gracia, which opens already in June with 1,700 m2. On the other hand, Colonial will open another larger center, totaling 4,200 m2, in the building of the former headquarters of Albertis.
