Vida Imobiliária / Iberian Property estimates the sale was closed for about 350 million euros, based on the company's net book value and the 25 million euro impact on the company's results.
The company Lagoas Park S.A. owns 13 office buildings with 85,000 m² of green space and more than 5,000 parking spaces, 12 restaurants, 4-star hotel, conference center, health club, public car park, College and shopping gallery.
