The buildings will be certified Leed Gold and WELL, and will be built between streets Ténger, Badajoz, Bolivia and Ávila del Poblanou, for a total 18.000 sqm, according to La Vanguardia and EjePrime.
This will be Castellví’s 5th development in district 22@. Construction works should start within a year and the project should be ready by the end of 2022.
