This Business Park, of which Castellana Properties already owned 10.637 sqm, opened in December 2016 and is strategically located in Murcia.

The operation increases Castellana Properties’ total GLA to 343.147 sqm, with the acquisition of El Corte Inglés’ areas at the Centro Comercial de Los Arcos and Bahía Sur last May.
Castellana Properties currently has in its portfolio 17 assets including shopping centres, business parks and offices after merging, integrating and renewing the Granaita business park with a 5.5 million euro investment.
