The Spanish REIT’s goal for this 59.300 sqm shopping centre is to «increase the fashion and leisure offer, as well as the commercial mix it already has by adding high profile brands», reveals the release sent by the company, to which EFE news agency had access.
Cinema chain Yelmo will now occupy 7 cinema rooms, which will be equipped with «the latest technology», assured the REIT. This is one of the great changes which will promote the shopping centre’s leisure area and it should be operational from the second quarter of 2020. Besides this change, the refurbishment will also make room for 15 new companies to establish themselves in this shopping centre. They should start operating next year.
