This new unit was presented this week during the Barcelona Meeting Point, and it should operate on all segments and all across Spain, according to newspaper LaVanguardia. With this new department, Caixa Bank will be able to offer its clients a complete service, from project financing all the way to final delivery.
This was the commercial bank chosen to finance 581 real estate projects in 2018, which represented the development of 11.700 dwellings. In total, Caixa Bank spent 2.600 million euro in these operations.
