The building is part of Distrito 38 office complex, and was owned by American bank Goldman Sachs, who had bought it in 2015. It is currently managed by Patrimony, a real estate company founded by Jordi Tremoleda. In the deal, the owner of the building was represented by Savills.
According to Expansión, the building has an area of more than 16.200 sqm. It was conceived by Habitat, and the office development was acquired by Caja Madrid, who sold it in 2015 to Goldman Sachs. The asset was first used by Agbar in 2015.
