The fund already held 16.56% of the socimi and will, therefore, control 90.6% of the company, thus exceeding the minimum fixed limit of 50% of capital support for the success of this operation.
According to Expansión, the offer of Blackstone represents an evaluation in 1.992 millions of Hispania. In June, the American fund decided to increase by 4.6% to €18.25 per share its offer for the socimi, achieving the green light of Hispania's administration.
Blackstone thus becomes the largest hotel owner in Spain, with a total of 46 assets and more than 13,144 rooms.
