According to Expansión, the fund is one of the country's largest owners and manages several large portfolios. It has Bank portfolios valued at ca. €14.900, 63 hotel units with 18,000 rooms (acquired through HI Partners and Hispania), more than 25 offices buildings valued at €600 million, also through Hispania, as well as owning the socimis Albirrana Properties, Fidere, Torbel Investments or Corona Patrimonial. It also has a 10% stake in Logicor's pan-European platform.
Spain represents 20% of the €100,000 million it has invested worldwide.
