According to EjePrime, Blackstone agreed this week to acquire 50.1% of Testa to Merlin, Santander and BBVA for €948 million, which has a gross value of its portfolio of €2,600 million.
The American giant officially controls the socimi by next December, when it aims to join it to Fidere, with a portfolio of 6,400 houses.
