Logisfashion will transfer the operations of its former CAB 1 centre to a new logistics hub located in Cabanillas del Campo, in Guadalajara. The transaction, advised by Proequity, forms part of the reorganisation of the company’s operational network in Spain and will enable it to concentrate part of its operations in a facility dedicated to multi-client operations for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
The warehouse is situated on Calle Tesoro, within the Cabanillas I logistics park in the La Quinta Industrial Estate, and will begin operations in July 2026. The asset, managed by Azora in collaboration with BeLog Investment Management, features 14 loading bays, 11 metres of clear height, a 32-metre manoeuvring area and BREEAM Very Good environmental certification, according to information provided by the company.
The launch of this facility will result in the closure of the previous CAB 1 operations centre. In the Corredor del Henares region, Logisfashion also operates other centres in Cabanillas del Campo and Fontanar, a location well-suited to national and international distribution due to its links to Madrid and the main logistics hubs in central Spain.
In Spain, the company currently operates seven specialised logistics centres in Castilla-La Mancha and Catalonia. Internationally, it has a further 17 operational centres spread across five countries in Latin America, with a total logistics area of over 450,000 sqm.
The move comes at a time when operators in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors are adapting their logistics networks to respond to multi-channel distribution models, with facilities capable of handling wholesale, retail and e-commerce operations.
