The office building is being developed by La Llave de Oro, with whom Blackstone has already come to an agreement, report Expansión and EjePrime. It has a total 17.400 sqm office GLA.
The developer bought the terrain in 2018, at Sancho De Ávila street, with a total area of 3.300 sqm. The initial intent was to lease the asset and keep it under the company’s ownership, but it ended up being sold to the American giant.
