AXA REAL ESTATE SELLS BUSINESS PARK TO METROPOLIS FOR €40M

<p>The real estate Metrópolis, specialized in the offices market, purchased Can Ametller Business Park, at San Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, to Axa Real Estate.</p>

According to Spanish Real Estate, this transaction reached the €40 million, with an area of 28,500m². In question is the sale of the company holding the shares of the business park, which has tenants like Bureay Veritas, Epson or Gas Natural.
