Sagrera 2.0 will be part of the new urban development located within Barcelona’s barrio de La Sagrera. The project will feature important infrastructure and connections (high speed, cercanias suburban rail, metro, intercity buses, bicycle lanes and access to motorways), apart from the future Parc del Camí Comtal.
Sagrera 2.0 consists of two eight floor buildings with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The assets offer commercial areas on the ground floor and a communal area with swimming pool, parking spots and storage rooms.
Prices will vary between 227.948 euro and 298.847 euro. The apartments for rent will be marketed after having been built.
The developer, Arauca, is a non-profit organisation which develops dwellings in Catalonia and sells them at the price of cost within the framework of the housing associations law.
