The 3-star apartment complex is located in Cala Mendia (Manacor, Mallorca) and hosts 42 units for a total of 112 beds, common areas, swimming pool and gardens.
In a press release issued in mid-August, regional director for Catalonia and Balearic Islands at Altamira, Antoni Guàrdia, assured that this is an important sale which shows the continuing interest for tourism assets amongst investors, despite the uncertainty generated by the Covid-19 crisis. According to Altamira’s predictions, this behaviour is also spreading towards other segments such as the housing and the terrain segments, which provides some optimism concerning the rest of the year.
Altamira Asset Management is currently one of the main servicers charged with managing the marketing of a large number of assets belonging to Sareb, around 1.500 assets in the Balearic Islands, representing around 2.000 million euro.
