Gaw Capital, which has landed with this operation in the Spanish hotel business, has acquired a 50% stake in the hotel chain, which has 10 properties in Spain.
Mega Capital, already present in the capital of the hotel chain with 33.3%, has extended its participation to 50%, while the other two owner families -the Yera family through the Areyhold Group, and the Hernández López family through Telescom-, have sold their shares, which were also 33.3%.
In a statement, the president and CEO of Gaw Capital, Goodwin Gaw, assured that "entering the Spanish market with one of the most distinguished entrepreneurs in Spain marks an important milestone for Gaw Capital."
