Aedas Homes has delivered its first Build to Rent promotion in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), as a result of the agreement it reached with Ares Management to develop turnkey developments in 2019.
The complex is made up of 103 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms. The units have a garage and a storage room. In addition, the urbanization has common areas such as outdoor pool, garden areas and community space, among other spaces.
«The extraordinary coordination between all the actors involved in this project has allowed us to deliver the asset months in advance of the commitment. In this way, we allow Ares Management to start its lease now», says Sergio Gálvez, general director of strategy, investments and alternative developments at Aedas Homes.
"There is a strong demand for this type of product in the markets where Aedas is present and, moreover, the expectation of strong growth, both in the short and medium term, of demand for this type of product is being consistently confirmed", says Gálvez, who points out that with this line of business the company meets the demand of a wide and diverse group of national and international institutional investors, but also a need of the residential market.
The Aedas Homes BtR promotion in Torrejón de Ardoz is the first that the company will deliver in the coming years. This summer will give, also to Ares Management, a second turnkey project with 91 units in Alcalá de Henares.
