Aedas Homes has invested 132 million euros in new land for the construction and promotion of up to 1.945 homes. This volume of investment, carried out during its last fiscal year (from April 2020 to March 2021), reinforces the developer's position in the residential industry.
The company has accelerated its investment activity in the last four months of the fiscal year, a period in which it closed 14 transactions for an amount of 61,7 million euros. These operations involve new land suitable for promoting more than 1.160 units, 60% of the total of those acquired throughout the year.
In addition, the company completed the 2020-2021 fiscal year with a portfolio of 10 new exclusive investment operations for more than 1.000 new units.
«The team anticipated the opportunities of the new cycle started during the first quarter of last year and that has allowed us to materialize perfectly the investment plan, beating the objectives both in quality and in quantity», says Sergio Gálvez, General Manager of Strategy, Investments and Alternative Development at Aedas Homes.
