Saint Croix Socimi has bought the Sexta Avenida de Madrid shopping center, as the company reported on Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The asset located at number two Avenida de la Victoria, in El Plantío, a neighborhood belonging to the Moncloa-Aravaca district., until now owned by ASG, has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 16,870 sqm and has 423 outdoor parking spaces. Its value is estimated at more than six million euros, according to market sources.
In the Sexta Avenida shopping center there are beauty and health stores, sports and leisure, fashion and accessories, home and decoration, and services and technology from brands such as Alain Afflelou, Divina or Muy Mucho. In addition, there is a Mercadona hypermarket and restaurants such as Ginos or Vips.
