In a statement sent to BME Growth, socimi informs that this Wednesday it formalized an exchange contract for assets located in Portugal, through its subsidiary Olimpo Asset 6.
At issue is the delivery of the Continente de Santo António dos Cavaleiros, in Loures, for the value of 24,1 million euros (24,113,705), receiving in exchange two supermarkets operated by Pingo Doce, located in Lordelo and Póvoa de Santo Adrião, for the value of 12,6 million euros (12,562,365), including a further 11,551,340 euros corresponding to the difference in value between the assets to be exchanged.
The Socimi does not reveal who is the buyer of the Continente supermarket, which was part of its portfolio since 2018.
