The family office from Granada, MP Capital, has acquired its third commercial premises in San Sebastián in less than a year, with the advice of Areizaga Inmobiliaria in the three investments.
To the one acquired in the pedestrian San Marcial, on July 16, 2021, two other latest investments are added in this first quarter of 2022, corresponding to two premises located in the also pedestrian streets Churruca, 12 and Alameda del Boulevard, 6.
The three investments add up to a volume of approximately 3 million euros in the Gipuzkoan capital and the three assets coincide with the investment strategy of the family office in prime assets in the retail and logistics segment.
Marcos Areizaga, CEO of Areizaga Inmobiliaria, stated that «2021 was the year of the recovery of the commercial fabric of the city, where the availability of prime commercial premises was reduced to a minimum and we were able to announce the arrival of new operators in San Sebastián that further nurtured the commercial mix (Vilebrequin, Suarez, Cristina Oria…). Investors have perceived the commercial solidity of the city in this sense and therefore the investor appetite for prime assets in San Sebastián will be consolidated throughout 2022».
