The company from Braga, Grupo Domingos Névoa, acquired Mira Maia Shopping, which, until then, was managed by INOGI - Asset Management.
Located in Maia, close to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, the shopping center becomes part of the activity of the Braga business group, in a global investment that exceeded 20 million euros, together with the Braga Retail Center, a recent acquisition made by the group. According to Bruno Névoa, CEO and shareholder of the Group, it is «the intention of the Domingos Névoa Group to strengthen its presence in this business area».
The Maia shopping complex, classified as Small Shopping Centre, encompasses 19,000 meters of gross leasable area, approximately 80 stores, close to 850 parking spaces and excellent access. It is a space with a Pet Friendly concept, designed for the whole family, with a food court, cinemas, gym, art gallery, terrace and several reference brands and services in its catalogue.
Sousa Ribeiro, General Manager at the Group, confesses that there will be «notorious strategic changes in dynamics and positioning» in the vision that will be presented by the Braga company in the coming days.
It should be remembered that Mira Maia Shopping was the second shopping center to be opened in Maia to date, in an investment of more than 45 million euros.
