Imodesenvolvimento Fund, managed by Imopólis S.G.O.I.C, S.A. has completed the divestment of 3 retail units in Lisbon. The transaction involved two private investors, with Cushman & Wakefield representing the seller,
The three leased retail units are part of the Terraços de Bragança development, located on Rua do Alecrim, in Chiado, Lisbon, and have a total area of 460 sqm.
According to Inês Sousa, Head of Private Wealth at Cushman & Wakefield, “in a context of limited supply, High Street Retail in central and tourist locations remains a natural choice for Family Offices and private investors, combining predictable income, liquidity and long-term capital valuation”.
The Terraços de Bragança development is a residential and commercial complex designed by the architect Álvaro Siza Vieira. Completed in the early 2000s, the project comprises residential, retail and office space.
