Tenigla coordinates and advises its Tenibar19 vehicle in a new operation in the Madrid prime residential market. Tenibar has closed the sale for around seven million euros of a new building located at number 19 Calle Barco in Madrid, a few meters away from Gran Vía. The buyer is a family office from Barcelona.
The property has an area of around 1,800 square metres, spread over four floors above ground level that house sixteen apartments.
The construction project for the building began in 2017, when Tenigla, through the real estate vehicle Tenibar19, acquired the site located on Calle Barco in Madrid. Once the land was purchased, the company coordinated the process of obtaining licenses, bidding and subsequent construction of the property.
This latest Tenigla operation joins other recent divestments carried out by the company, also in the capital market, where the company has concentrated its operations in the last months.
