The developer Taylor Wimpey España has acquired two plots of land with a buildable area of 17,000 square metres, located in Bahía de las Rocas, in the town of Manilva, Malaga.
The new development, located in the immediate surroundings of Sotogrande, will have 153 flats and townhouses with views of the sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. The project will include outdoor and indoor amenities in line with the demand in the area, such as swimming pool, garden areas and community room with gymnasium.
In line with the sustainability criteria that are essential in today's real estate market, the development has been designed under demanding standards of construction quality and energy efficiency 'A'. The developer plans to begin construction work in early 2026 and to complete it in the second half of 2027.
