StepStone and Greykite complete €1.5bn recapitalisation of Vitalia

Under the transaction, StepStone and Greykite will acquire a majority stake in Vitalia from Vivaly Investments — a joint venture between CVC Capital Partners’ CVC Fund VI and Portobello Capital Fund III. The deal is expected to close within weeks.
