Investment company Siamese Dream S.L., advised by real estate consultant Laborde Marcet, has acquired a 750 sqm building located on Calle Trafalgar, 28 in Barcelona for around 2 million euro. The building is located in the Sant Pere district, in the heart of Barcelona. It is an area with large tourist influx, equipped with housing buildings, tourist accommodation, catering businesses, shops, etc. Gerard Marcet, founding partner at Laborde Marcet, stated that «this building was acquired so as to be refurbished and, subsequently, repositioned on the market giving it more value».
Siamese Dream is an investment company that is committed to the purchase and sale of real estate assets, mainly well-located commercial premises and residential buildings within the city of Barcelona. The investment fund is focused on potential strategic areas with a medium-term investment perspective and a value profile.
