Designed by the Fragmentos studio, Quadra is scheduled for completion in March 2027. Located on Rua 14 de Outubro and Rua José Meneres, the development will have 12 floors, two of which will be below ground level and will be occupied by the garage, with 120 parking spaces. On the ground floor there will be a space for shops and services, as well as a communal garden, and on the remaining floors there will be residential accommodation comprising 119 flats, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with areas between 50 and 121 sqm.
