Primero H Socimi and social enterprise Hispaled have signed a strategic agreement aimed at providing stable and affordable housing to young people undergoing socio-labour integration processes in Madrid.
Under the seven-year agreement, Primero H — promoted by Asocimi and Hogar Sí — will transfer the management of a residential asset to Hispaled, whose mission is to create decent employment opportunities for young people at risk of social exclusion within the energy efficiency sector. The initiative combines housing provision with employment and technical training, offering an integrated pathway towards personal and professional stability.
In the initial phase, three young Hispaled employees will benefit from access to accommodation for periods of around one year, allowing them to consolidate their employment situation while securing stable living conditions. According to representatives of both organisations, access to dignified housing is a critical enabler for labour inclusion and long-term autonomy.
Primero H currently manages 26 social housing units across the Community of Madrid and the Balearic Islands. Its model is based on affordability — with rents averaging 46% below market levels — long-term stability through leases channelled via non-profit entities, and compliance with United Nations housing standards, achieving a 93% satisfaction rate among residents.
The agreement reflects a broader model of collaboration between social housing operators and insertion companies. Hispaled, promoted by Fundación Corazonistas, operates in the LED lighting and photovoltaic installation sectors, combining environmental sustainability with social inclusion. Through this partnership, both organisations seek to reinforce housing as a foundation for effective integration and equal opportunity.
