Belgian developers Krest Investments and Revive are launching the Arcoverde property project in Paço de Arcos. The project consists of 175 flats, with between one and four bedrooms, combining residential and commercial spaces within an architectural concept. The architectural design is by Saraiva+associados.
Located between Quinta da Fonte and Lagoas Park, the project will be developed in an exclusive area of 34,000 square metres, of which 25,000 correspond to residential and commercial spaces, surrounded by green areas and common areas designed to enhance well-being.
One of these spaces is a clubhouse that acts as a central point, with a concierge, gym, yoga room, co-working space, lockers for deliveries, vending machines and a children's room.
The 175 flats in the Arcoverde project, spread over six buildings, offer a variety of options - from one-bedroom flats to spacious four-bedroom penthouses. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, while the terraces and balconies, although spacious, maintain only a functional connection with the outside.
Built to the highest ecological and economic standards using local materials, each home keeps energy costs low, ensuring a near-zero emissions footprint. Smart home technology offers comfort and efficiency, optimising energy use and security.
