Neinor Homes is committed to Malaga as a key region within its Strategic Plan, with the launch of 446 homes by 2023. In addition, they have a portfolio of 816 homes currently being marketed.
In the last five years, the developer has delivered a total of 1,614 homes in different locations, highlighting Malaga with 1,026 homes, Marbella with 177 homes, Estepona with 291 homes and Benahavis with 120 homes.
The planned investment in the next three years in the province of Malaga, Andalusia, will amount to 229 million euros, generating a total of 490 direct jobs and 735 indirect jobs.

Neinor's new developments in Málaga
Specifically, Neinor Homes reinforces its commitment to the city of Malaga with the delivery of the last phase of Serena Homes and the Atria Homes development, as well as the start of the marketing of Botanik Homes. The company will invest more than 50 million euros in Botanik Homes, a development of 193 homes with up to four bedrooms located in the area in full revitalisation of Los Guindos.
Artola II Homes
Atria Homes, located in the Cañaveral neighbourhood, will have 30 single-family homes and a communal swimming pool. Likewise, Serena Homes, located in the Colinas de Limonar neighbourhood, will have 179 homes and a variety of communal areas such as beach-type swimming pools, children's water games and a multi-purpose gourmet room integrated into its more than 20,000 square metres of green areas.

The company is also consolidating its position in the city of Marbella with the start of delivery of its Artola II development, next to the Cabopino Golf Marbella course and with stunning sea views. Also of note is the commencement of the marketing of its exclusive residential development of 104 homes, Santa Clara Homes, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, on the front line of the Santa Clara golf course. Both have communal swimming pools, private gyms, spa and large landscaped gardens.
Neinor Homes has also committed to Arroyo Enmedio, the area of great urban development in Estepona, where it has already announced the start of the marketing of Bayside Homes, a residential complex of 41 homes with landscaped areas, gym and swimming pool.
