Neinor Homes has launched Australy Thera, the third and final phase of its Australy residential development in Estepona, on Spain's Costa del Sol. The project comprises 67 homes and will bring the total number of units in the development to around 200.
Located in the Selwo area of northern Estepona, Australy Thera will be delivered in two phases, comprising 25 homes in the first phase and 42 in the second. The scheme will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, including three-bedroom duplexes, with homes starting from 113 sqm. All units will include a parking space and storage room.
According to Neinor Homes, sales of the first phase have already reached 50%.
Australy Thera completes a master-planned residential development that also includes Australy Libella, already delivered, and Australy Aures, which is nearing completion. Residents will have access to a shared clubhouse featuring a spa, outdoor swimming pool, gym, gastrobar and coworking facilities.
The development occupies an elevated position overlooking the Mediterranean, with views towards Gibraltar and the surrounding mountains.
