Metrovacesa has obtained planning permission for a new residential development in Playa Paraíso, Adeje (Tenerife). The planned investment for the project amounts to €55.6 million.
The development involves the construction of 138 homes with between one and three bedrooms, distributed across a five-storey building located approximately 200 metres from the sea. The properties will range in size from 92 to 200 sqm and will include a terrace, garage and storage room. The complex will also have communal areas such as a swimming pool, gym, community room and roof terrace.
Designed by the Tenerife-based studio Makin Molowny Portela, the company highlights that the project incorporates sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, with an A rating for both energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. It also includes a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in its design phase.
