Metrovacesa has obtained the necessary planning permission to begin construction of Residencial Fuji, a new housing development located in the Palmas Altas area, south of Seville. This administrative authorisation enables an investment of €21 million to be made in the development of 71 new-build homes in Isla Natura.
The complex will feature one- to four-bedroom units, all equipped with terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms. The building’s communal areas will include a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, while the architectural design prioritises thermal and acoustic insulation systems to improve the building’s energy efficiency.
This development forms part of Isla Natura, a 67-hectare urban area planned to deliver a total of approximately 2,900 homes through a total investment of €400 million. The new neighbourhood combines both private and social housing.
Currently, the developer in charge manages a portfolio with capacity for 25,200 homes across the country, maintaining over a hundred active developments after closing the 2025 financial year with assets valued at €2.23 billion.
