Merkel Capital sells three Spanish student residences to Westwind Capital

The transaction, comprising more than 1,400 beds in Madrid, Granada and Valencia, marks Westwind Capital’s entry into the Spanish student accommodation market and completes Merkel’s disposal of around 3,000 beds in less than a year.
