Maslow Capital has provided €62.7 million in financing to Propea La Sella, a company backed by Valencian developer Blauverd, to acquire land and develop 131 detached homes in Dénia, Alicante.
The residential project will form part of the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa and will have approximately 22,800 sqm of buildable area. Construction is expected to begin in October 2026, according to the lender.
The homes will have an average area of 174 sqm and will include terraces, solariums, private gardens and parking spaces. Communal areas will feature swimming pools, gyms and landscaped spaces.
The development will be located between Dénia and Jávea, close to Montgó Natural Park, in an area with a strong presence of both domestic and international second-home buyers.
Francisco Conde, Maslow Capital’s Head of Origination in Spain, said the financing will support the developer from the land acquisition through to construction, while highlighting the residential and tourism demand in this part of the Costa Blanca. Blauverd, which is leading the development, has more than 40 years of experience.
The transaction follows other recent financings by Maslow Capital in Spain, including €40 million for Alma Meco, the logistics project promoted by Dunas Capital Real Estate; €44.2 million for the construction of 88 homes in Marbella; and financing for Selecto’s first hotel portfolio, a platform promoted by Tikehau Capital and Quest Capital.
