Libra Gestión de Proyectos will launch Residencial Domus, a development of 94 price-capped public protection homes (VPPL) in Entrenúcleos, in Dos Hermanas, in the province of Seville. The project, the cooperative manager’s first in the Seville area, will involve investment of more than €21 million, with construction scheduled to start in 2027.
The scheme will offer two and three-bedroom homes, all with terraces, in a gated development with a swimming pool, children’s play area and community room. The architectural design is by HCP.
With this project, Libra is expanding its presence in Andalusia, where it already has two developments in Rota, in the province of Cádiz, one of which is also a public protection scheme.
Residencial Domus brings the number of homes Libra has under development in the region to more than 200.
