Libra Gestión de Proyectos has begun development of a new social housing scheme in the province of Valencia under the name Terrazas del Turia. This is a cooperative comprising 105 social housing units located in Quart de Poblet, just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Valencia, within an established residential area with access to numerous amenities.
Terrazas del Turia’ will consist of 2- and 3-bedroom flats, all with a terrace, a parking space and a storage room. The residential complex is designed as a gated community incorporating communal areas tailored to everyday life, including a swimming pool, a children’s play area and bicycle parking.
Construction work on Terrazas del Turia is scheduled to begin in 2027 and the handover of the homes is estimated to take place by the end of 2029. The total investment associated with the project exceeds €24 million.
Libra Gestión de Proyectos currently has six active housing developments in the Valencian Community. Terrazas del Turia is the company’s third social housing development in the region. Overall, the company is developing 16 social housing projects across several autonomous communities, including Madrid, Zaragoza, Valencia, Valladolid and Cádiz.
