Kronos Real Estate Group (KREG) has unveiled Parc Central, a new neighbourhood in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona. This development includes large green areas and more than 500 sustainable new-build homes, divided into 228 for sale with the Hudson residential development by Kronos Homes and 302 for rent with STAY by Kronos. The total investment amounts to 127 million euros.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several important figures from the sector, including Rui Meneses Ferreira, CEO of Kronos Homes; Beatriz Moreno-Luque, Operations Director of STAY by Kronos; Alberto García-Gasco, Investment Manager of Nuveen Real Estate; Fernando Tortajada Rodés, founding partner of Binarq Arquitectos; Jesús Gallego, CEO and founder of ADORAS Atelier Arquitectura; and Juan Antonio Muñoz, architect of SOB Arquitectos.
Kronos Real Estate Group has partnered with the municipality to revitalise this area, with the aim of sustaining it for decades to come, improving the quality of life of its residents and fostering social cohesion. The neighbourhood offers a wide range of amenities and a vibrant urban fabric, all in line with Kronos' mission to create integrated and sustainable neighbourhoods.
Hudson by Kronos Homes, the for-sale housing project, has been designed by Binarq architects and involves an investment of 60 million euros. This residential development, comprising 228 homes, is closely related to its surroundings and offers communal spaces that encourage community living.
On the other hand, STAY by Kronos, the rental project of Kronos Real Estate Group and Nuveen Real Estate, consists of 302 new homes. This project stands out for its innovative and sustainable design, as well as for the premium services offered to its tenants, such as swimming pool, coworking and Ox Club gym.
Both Hudson and STAY have been conceived with a focus on sustainability, with energy efficiency, sustainable construction criteria and environmental certificates such as BREEAM "Very Good" and Fitwell.
With the consolidation of Parc Central, Kronos reinforces its presence in Catalonia, already representing 25% of the business for Kronos Homes. In addition to this project, the company has new developments for sale in other areas of Catalonia, such as O7 in Montjuic, Unik in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Blue in Badalona, Dune in Cubelles and The Kube in Tarragona.
