Kronos Homes has presented Dune, its residential project in Cubelles, Barcelona, representing an investment of €30 million. The development comprises 83 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes with terraces and is situated on the beachfront along the Garraf coastline, a town located between Barcelona and Tarragona with good transport links to the Catalan capital and El Prat Airport.
The communal areas include a swimming pool, children’s play area, spa and sauna, a gym equipped with OX Technogym technology, and a multi-purpose room with a kitchen. Kronos Homes will also present the owners of Dune with an exclusive work of art linked to the project, as part of its policy of integrating art into its residential developments.
The project has been designed by MIAS Architects, a firm founded by Josep Miàs, in collaboration with OUA. The design prioritises integration with the coastal landscape through large windows, spacious terraces and an orientation that maximises natural light and sea views. Josep Miàs noted that the architecture of Dune “aims to be almost nature” and seeks to ensure that each home allows residents to “experience the sea all year round”.
Kronos Homes has presented the development at an official event held in the town attended by the mayor, Rosa Fonoll Ventura, the architect Josep Miàs, and Kronos Homes executives Rui Meneses Ferreira (Chairman), Luis Rodríguez de Tembleque (CEO in Spain) and Manuel Segura (Regional Director for Catalonia).
