Kronos Homes invested €100M to build a development in Pamplona

The project is the first to be built in the new neighbourhood within the Euzla area, where Kronos is also building a new rail bridge which will connect the municipality with the Landaben logistic park.

Real estate developer Kronos has placed its project Naos’ second stage on sale. It is located in the Navarrese municipality of Barañáin, where 100 million euro will be invested, according to a release from the company.

Abigar will be in charge of marketing the project’s second stage which was designed by architecture studio Tabuenca-Saralegui y Asociados. The development is constituted by two, three and four bedroom dwellings with ample spaces.

«Kronos’ activity in Barañáin is in line with our purpose as a company: to create neighbourhoods while keeping in mind values such as investing in quality architecture, responsible urbanism and sustainability», stated Ignacio Ocejo, partner at Kronos.

The Naos Residencial is Kronos Homes’ 24th project to be marketed, joined the ones which it currently has in Spain (in the regions of Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Castile and Leon, Andalusia and Valencian Community) and in Portugal (Algarve and Lisbon).
