Jarquil will begin construction of 61 homes in Vega de Acá, Almería, while also entering the final phase of 20 high-end villas in Valdemarín, which are due for completion in September.
Together, these two projects total 81 homes and position the construction company in two different segments of the residential market, ranging from multi-occupancy housing to premium single-family homes.
The Almería development forms part of the first phase of Airem, a complex of 122 homes developed by Aelca and Arqura Homes and designed by Arapiles Arquitectos Asociados. This phase will comprise 61 units, while the full development will feature 122 parking spaces and the same number of storage rooms, as well as a communal swimming pool and landscaped areas.
The design features buildings with large cantilevered terraces, façades combining white surfaces and warm tones, as well as integrated louvres and slats to limit solar gain and improve thermal comfort. The communal areas will be centred around the swimming pool and various outdoor spaces intended for shared use by residents.
In Madrid, the construction firm is putting the finishing touches to Summit Valdemarín, a development of 20 semi-detached houses led by Grupo ABU on Calle Astún, in the Moncloa-Aravaca district. The works are in the final stages of completion, with September remaining the scheduled completion date.
Designed by Javier Romero, an architect at Grupo ABU, the development comprises three-storey villas, each featuring a multi-purpose basement, an English-style courtyard, terraces and a solarium. Each plot also includes a private swimming pool with a swimming lane and landscaped gardens for exclusive use.
