Grupo Insur and the family office Grupo MAS have formed a joint venture to develop a residential project in Seville, following the acquisition of a plot on Calle Afrodita, in the Bellavista-La Palmera district. The project will involve a total investment of €56.8 million.
The development comprises 192 homes, as well as commercial premises, garages, storage rooms and communal areas. The site is located near the Jardines de Hércules, in the south of Seville, in an area where new urban developments are underway.
The area is connected by road via the A-4 and by several city bus routes. The future arrival of the Seville Metro is also part of the area’s connectivity plans.
Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2026. In this area, Grupo Insur has previously developed the Bermes I and Bermes II projects.
“Seville is a strategic area for the company, where we have been developing projects for years that contribute to its orderly and sustainable growth. Through partnerships such as the one we are now launching with Grupo MAS’s family office, we are strengthening our ability to drive new developments in key locations. This project represents an excellent opportunity and we have every confidence in its success”, noted Zacarías Zulategui, Director of Residential Development at Grupo Insur.
