Inbisa has begun marketing the first phase of Jardines de Aranzana, comprising 87 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Arroyo de la Encomienda, in Valladolid, as part of a total project of 198 homes with an investment of over €42 million.
The residential development is situated on Avenida de Aranzana, with direct access to the A-62 and VA-30 motorways and close to the Río Shopping centre and the River Pisuerga. The property types include dual-aspect homes, ground-floor flats with gardens and penthouses with large terraces, all with an A energy rating.
The communal areas cover over 5,000 sqm and include a swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children, gardens and green spaces, a fitness area, a children’s play area, a community room and more than 230 parking spaces. Most of the homes are dual-aspect, with a layout that optimises natural ventilation and views of both the street and the internal communal areas.
Jardines de Aranzana joins Inbisa’s recent activities in Valladolid, where the company is currently marketing Residencial Arco de Ladrillo in the city centre, comprising 79 homes, over 75% of which have already been sold, with construction due to begin shortly. In 2025, the developer handed over the 125 homes at Residencial Pinar de Jalón, also in the city.
Across its portfolio, Inbisa has more than 1,400 homes under development in Madrid, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Castile and León, Andalusia, Cantabria and Navarre.
