Inbisa has added a new development to its residential portfolio with a second project in Solana, an enclave located next to La Moraleja, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the Cuatro Torres financial district. With this operation, the company's total investment in the area exceeds €47 million.
The development, called Inbisa Villas de Solana, will consist of 15 single-family homes located on separate plots of more than 800 sqm, all with private swimming pools. The project will be built in one of the highest areas of Solana and is planned as a gated community with access control.
The architectural design has been commissioned to the JCTEAM studio, which has collaborated with the developer on other residential developments in the Community of Madrid, Andalusia and Navarre. The homes, with a built area of over 600 sqm, will integrate interior and exterior spaces with energy efficiency criteria and the use of natural light.
Solana, a residential area under development
The urban planning for Solana includes more than 290,000 sqm of green areas, as well as pedestrian and cycle paths. Its location offers direct connections to the A-1, A-2 and R-2 motorways, as well as proximity to the airport and the centre of Madrid.
The area borders La Moraleja and offers services including international schools such as the European School, Colegio San Patricio, Colegio Base and Brains International School, as well as sports facilities such as the Real Club de Golf La Moraleja and several equestrian clubs. There are also shopping and dining areas nearby, such as Plaza de La Moraleja and Moraleja Green.
With this development, Inbisa is expanding its activity in the Community of Madrid, where it is also developing Residencial Inbisa Viñas Viejas in Boadilla del Monte. The company currently has an active portfolio of more than 1,500 homes under development in Madrid, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Castile and León, and Andalusia, as part of its territorial diversification strategy.
